Update on 5% Salary Increase Implementation
Hey FBUSD Team - Hope you’re all doing great!
Just wanted to give you a quick update on the salary increase of 5%, retroactive to July 1st, 2025. The Business Office is diligently working with the MCOE (County Office) to make sure everything is in line with STRS and PERS guidelines and finalizing the details. We will share the specific implementation date soon. Thanks a bunch for all your hard work and dedication to our students and the district.

Tips to ensure a great day for all:
- Please park on the street or behind the FBMS campus if possible. The Senior Center parking is needed for their lunch service on that day.
- Please be sure to sign in when you arrive to receive your welcome bag and Door prize ticket
- Bring a water bottle if you have one - FBMS has hydration stations available.
- Breakfast ends at 8:30 AM. Coffee, tea, and bottled water will be available during the entire day.
- Dress in layers - some rooms may be warmer than others.
- Know which GROUP you are assigned to!
See you Monday!
