What is the RealAge Test?
The RealAge Test is a free, confidential, clinically validated assessment that helps individuals discover their “Real Age.” It covers nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and medical conditions, providing powerful insights into overall well-being. Results are private, HIPAA-compliant, and more predictive of longevity than chronological age.
Why Participation Matters
Confidentiality: Individual results remain private and HIPAA compliant.
Community Insights: Only aggregate data is shared with BZP.
National Benchmarking: Helps us compare well-being data over time and across communities.
Worksite Benefits: RealAge results can guide your employee well-being strategy. You’ll see which health risks or well-being areas are most prevalent, then choose the most relevant Blue Zones Project best practices—or brainstorm your own initiatives—to address them.
Community Impact: Your participation will provide valuable insights into the overall well-being of our community. As we wrap up the final year of our Project, the results of this survey will help us measure the impact and effectiveness of our efforts. Thank you in advance for your support and contribution!
How to participate (once campaign is launched):
Enter access code: BZPMEC
Complete the test (open to all community members).
