Announcing ConnectCare3 – A Wellness Opportunity

Anunciamos ConnectCare3 - una oportunidad de bienestar

Staywell is excited to announce a new wellness opportunity for all Mendocino County Schools employees (in districts that participate in Staywell)!  ConnectCare3, our health and wellness partner, offers a platform and app created to engage and educate users about wellness.  Some highlights include:

  • Health Risk Assessment – Complete the confidential assessment in only 5-10 minutes to obtain your wellness risk and gain a better understanding of your overall health. Download a report to share results with your physician or simply have a starting point for healthy changes you may want to make.
  • Wellness Goals – Set your own personal wellness goals and easily track your progress.
  • Wellness Challenges – Participate in wellness challenges individually or grab a few co-workers to also participate for some friendly competition and accountability.
  • HealthyU – Check out the online wellness education courses on a variety of topics. The courses are self-paced, so you can go through them at your convenience.
  • Resource Library – Search current and evidence-based information specifically from the Mayo Clinic. You will also find links to the ConnectCare3 Podcast (Connected) and a recipe library.
  • ConnectCare3 Clinical Services – (For employees and dependents enrolled in Staywell, Mendocino County Schools health insurance plan), learn more about the ConnectCare3 clinical services that are cost-free and entirely confidential.

To get started, follow the attached instructions to register on the platform and obtain your mobile access code for the app!  Reach out to solutions@connectcare3.com with questions.
