As we head into our last week before winter break, I want to thank you all for everything you do to support our students. I hope to see many of you in the coming week as I visit schools.  We have been successful in getting a Strong Workforce Program grant to add plant and soil sciences to our already outstanding agriculture pathways for next school year.   I appreciate all of the efforts you have been implementing to keep our students healthy and safe at school in the midst of the various illnesses that have been going around. We are continuing to message to families to keep ill students at home and to get vaccines when appropriate.  Google Doodles are a tool you could use to engage your students. They have an archive of the different Doodles they have used over the years. They can be found at www.google.com/doodles . Please try to schedule appointments at a time that does not conflict with required staff meetings or collaborative times. If you cannot avoid missing one of these meetings, the expectation is that you will use leav
