I know it is exhausting, but so worth the effort to connect with our parents.  If you know of anyone who is interested in becoming a school counselor, CDE is offering a scholarship program for up to $20,000 to support getting a degree and credential. They ask for a two year commitment to working in schools in return. For more information, email the program at mhcounselors@cde.ca.gov.  An online store has been setup to order FBUSD clothing.
